    A total bibliography for all materials used during the preparation of the thesis is provided at the end of this page.

    I would like to acknowledge the contribution of Mr. Roger Mitchell towards my research.  Roger loaned several invaluable texts to me throughout this process.  He also kept my endeavours in mind while shopping at the book store.  I hope to have these texts back to him shortly.

    I would also like to acknowledge the contribution of my editor for all curriculum sections, Ms. Karen Pedersen.  Karen provided an essential service to ensure that the use of the English language remained proper with respect to grammar, syntax, report preparation and clarity.
